2	c	Milk
2	c	Half-and-half
1	ts	Extract, vanilla
1/2	c	Maple syrup
1/8	ts	Nutmeg, grated

Combine all ingredients in heavy medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Stirring occasionally, heat mixture thoroughly without boiling. Garnish with grated nutmeg. Serve warm.
